Price-Babson College Fellows Program

With a grant from the Price Institute, Babson College in Wellesley, Mass., has established a Fellows program to create a unique pool of teacher-entrepreneurs for business schools. Babson College grants MBA and custom MS and MBA degrees through the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, currently celebrating 50 years of Babson MBAs.

This resource will supplement regular curricula by bringing a wealth of first-hand entrepreneurial experience into the classroom. Under this program, the effectiveness of teacher-entrepreneurs is enhanced by training them in teaching techniques.

By its third year, the program's reputation had grown international in scope, creating an enormous demand and attracting participants from more than thirty schools across the United States and abroad.

For the sixth consecutive time, U.S. News & World Report has named Babson College the top college for Entrepreneurship in the U.S. New this year to U.S. News is a ranking entitled "Programs That Really Work," which ranks Babson 10th in the country among school that require or encourage students who apply what they're learning in the classroom out in the real world, through closely supervised internships.

The PriceBabson College Fellows Programs – Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators (SEE), REFLECT, and now PriceBabson@Berkeley provide entrepreneurship education training programs that ensure the practical and intellectual collision between the academic and business worlds. Through our programs, they are committed to helping colleges and universities develop creative and innovative entrepreneurship curricula, to increasing teaching effectiveness, and to developing the teaching skills of entrepreneurs who are interested in engaging in full- or part-time teaching or another active role on campus. To date, approximately 800 entrepreneurship educators and entrepreneurs from over 265 colleges and universities in the US and 28 foreign countries (and all Continents), have attended SEE.
